On the northern shore of Waginger See, a narrow neck of water links Upper Bavaria’s warmest swimming lake with Tachinger See. Fed by the Tenglinger Bach and the Tachinger Mühlbach, the water quality in Tachinger See is very similar to that of its “big brother”. On hot summer days, you can head to the beach, cool down, soak up the sunshine, stretch out on a lounge chair, and so much more.

Flora and fauna on Tachinger See are similar to that of Waginger See. Although Tachinger See connects to Waginger See in the south, the natural habitats of the two lakes do differ somewhat.
