Our region is full of lakes that invite you to take a refreshing dip during the summer months. At the head of the pack is Waginger See, offering a wide range of opportunities for outdoor sports as well as several beaches. Awaiting you in addition to this, the warmest swimming lake in Upper Bavaria, are also Tachinger See, Fridolfinger See, as well as Leitgeringer See just outside Tittmoning. Whether a big open-air pool or a secluded swimming hole: On and close to Waginger See, everyone is sure to find their own favorite place. Waginger See is also a perfect location for our four-legged friends to splash about in the water as well, not least thanks to the Salzachinsel with its big dog-friendly beach.
